Victoria Mews features 97 residential rental homes comprised of 76 apartments and 21 town homes connected to the adjacent Victoria Square complex.

This strategic location gives residents both easy access to major transit lines as well as the convenience of retail goods and services just steps away.

Originally purchased from Canada Safeway, this relatively small development was designed as a mid-rise residential project, but community opposition led us to propose a wood frame low-rise residential component on top of the retail, instead. Our desire to build a rental residential portfolio along with a weak condo market led us to keep the residential development as a long term rental holding. The retail component has been an extremely strong performer since opening.
