The Orchard residential building (409 South 2nd Street) is part of a two project campus, composed of workspace and residential. The residential building is designed to integrate and celebrate the existing mid-century Bo Town restaurant structure on the site at the corner of San Salvador and S 2nd Street. The building adopts an L-shaped plan designed to both maximize the efficiency of its program and highlight the heritage of the restaurant, with its iconic folded roof and populuxe, space age-inspired elements. The residential building includes approximately 540 market rental homes.
