Marketing Coordinator

Established 30 years ago, Westbank is private real estate development practice, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. We are dedicated to the creation of inspiring, mixed-use projects, concentrating primarily in our core cities of focus: Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle, Tokyo and San Jose. Our body of work includes residential, hotels, retail, creative workspace, district energy, net zero carbon initiatives, affordable housing, exhibitions and public art, with over $50B of projects completed or under development. As our practice has evolved, we have assembled a collection of cultural enterprises including restaurants, gyms, spas, music venues, private member clubs, fashion, dance schools and food halls, known as the Westbank Ecosystem, which we weave throughout our projects. We bring this ecosystem to life through collaborations with some of the most talented artists, architects, designers and entrepreneurs in the world.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of project marketing initiatives and deliverables → inclusive of exhibitions and events
  • Oversee project marketing deliverables for existing projects
  • Creation of project marketing briefs and coordination of outside vendors
  • Work with Development, Sales and Leasing teams to provide support on project deliverables
  • Assist in planning and executing events
  • Assist with general marketing administration and special projects as needed
  • Manage and maintain various email and social media campaigns, including the creation, copywriting, and deployment
  • Preparation and coordination of print brochures, floorplans, direct mail and signage
  • Managing and organizing project files
  • Support Overseas sales teams with marketing materials, product orders, etc.
  • Oversee marketing inventory (furniture, marketing materials, art, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Keen eye for detail and timeline management
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Address opportunities and challenges with initiative and creativity
  • A team player committed to supporting colleagues and pitching in where needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Pro and Illustrator)
