Arbor

Arbor is comprised of two buildings: a mass timber structure and the adaptive reuse of the existing Davidson Building, providing over 500,000 sf of workspace and dramatically reducing the carbon emissions and embodied carbon of
the project.

Designed to maximize connections to nature and the outdoors, through a mix of indoor, outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces, Arbor takes its name from the structure it is conceived as — a framework that is light on the earth yet provides robust support for a diverse ecosystem of healthy, inspiring habitats for creative work.
