This is an opportunity for a marketing professional to join the Marketing Operations team at Westbank, to execute on marketing initiatives across all channels and oversee the delivery of marketing assets across Westbank’s portfolio. The Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for taking direction from the executive team and overseeing marketing initiatives for select projects through to completion.

__Primary Duties & Responsibilities:__

Marketing Strategy:
- Be involved in the early stages of a project to support with business analysis and opportunity mapping alongside the sales and development team
- Collaborate with the Sales, Leasing, Development and Leadership teams to ensure strategies developed on ideas, project outcomes, creative direction and narratives are executed on effectively.
- Develop and maintain the marketing schedule and budget for the project
- Determine what external agencies, vendors and partners are required and work with them to execute assets and initiatives

Marketing Operations / Project Management:
- Execute on marketing initiatives and marketing assets, inclusive of events and exhibitions, print materials, digital marketing (including web and social media) creating marketing briefs to engage outside vendors as required
- Manage the completion and implementation of all marketing assets and materials
- Create and manage asset calendar for the project(s), ensuring alignment with cross-functional departments (Sales, Leasing, Development, etc.).
- Oversee and manage ongoing project marketing schedules and budgets
- Have responsibility of managing several stakeholders and approvals across different projects

__Qualifications:__
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communications

- Understanding of the creative process and briefings

Marketing Operations Manager

You are an energetic, motivated team player with a desire to constantly challenge convention. Taking on the vast array of arts, design, and culture focused projects aimed at bringing our developments through to completion, you will work with our development and construction teams for your assigned portfolio. You will collaborate closely with all our internal and external teams, as well serve as an ambassador for the company to business contacts.  

Responsibilities:

- Working closely with ownership and site representatives to function as the key point of contact in all daily matters between the consultant teams, construction teams and ownership. This will vary depending on the stage at which the assigned project(s) is currently at.
- Responsible for reviewing and preparing consultant contracts, supporting negotiations, leading communications to resolve any terms and conditions and ensure the contracts are executed by all parties.
- Responsible to ensure that the consultant teams are adequately resourced with key personal to effectively manage the deliverables and maintain required schedules.
- General oversight of the drawing coordination process with all disciplines to ensure documents are coordinated and deliverable dates are met for each phase of design.
- Oversee the administration, coordination, and management of entitlements and any other permits required for buildings and occupancy.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders to create project budgets at each milestone during the design process.
- Collaborate and take ownership of project proforma proforma and budgets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of project costs, schedules and risks.

- Building, monitoring, and adjusting deliverable and work schedules according to project performance and objectives.

Project / Development Management Director

As the key driver of project success, the role seeks a design leader with a passion for detail and an exceptional eye for design, strategic and critical thinking towards evaluating and making sound decisions. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading the execution of multiple projects, including leading internal and external teams and taking responsibility for the design, approval and delivery 
- Management and coordination of project design direction and deliverables with external consultant teams
- Owning direction of architectural and interior design, product aesthetic / functionality and design innovation
