Broadway & Alma

Broadway & Alma is a new rental project on Vancouver’s West Side, bordered by Kitsilano and Point Grey, and our first project to be completely designed by the boutique Vancouver-based design firm, Leckie Studio. A young, award-winning interdiscipinary practice whose past focus has centred on beautifully-designed single family homes, our collaborations with Leckie Studio to date have created some of their first multi-family residential designs.

We are committed to making a significant long term contribution to Vancouver’s rental housing supply and this project will bring approximately 164 secured rental units, with 20% of the residential floor area for moderate income households.
