Sales and Operations Coordinator

Westbank is a practice dedicated to the creation of beauty, in all forms and in the broadest definition. Sales and Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales and Operations Coordinator will be a self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative. The candidate will work in a team setting, interacting regularly with guests and members of our organization.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Greeting guests in a friendly, confident and welcoming manner at all times
  • Providing knowledge and background on all of the galleries content
  • Interacting and engaging in dialogue around the gallery pieces
  • Assisting with audio/visual/interactive components of the gallery
  • Overseeing the safety and operation of exhibition pieces and guests alike; communicating with security and management as needed
  • Daily cleaning as needed
  • From time to time processing contracts, deals and other sales administration tasks
  • Collection of deposits
  • Prepare various management reports and documents such as daily tracking reports
  • Update the CRM system
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems
  • Assist in preparation, coordination and support of any other sales and marketing items as needed


The candidate selected for this position will possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills. They are team oriented, well organized and have the ability to multi-task with an attention to detail with a high level of professionalism. Being articulate, driven, highly motivated, a self-starter with a sharp mind for problem solving will be an asset.


  • Must be able to work weekends and stat holidays
  • Industry experience is an asset but not required
  • Must speak fluent English and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assets include second language, strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Salesforce or other CRM systems, past experience in real estate and contract administration.
